Any person competent in all respect and residing in the area of NCT, Delhi can become member of the society. Such interested Person may apply for membership on the prescribed Application Form available in the office of the society having age of 18 years through an introducer. Introducer should be a member of the society with clean record. The application form must be filled in and signed without any overwriting and cuttings/corrections. The applicant must be submitted the following document for obtaining the membership of the society.

• Emergency Loan up to Rs.50,000/- with no security.
• Loan against Security up to Rs.10,00,000/- on 50% of market value of the vehicle/property or 30 times of monthly income.
• Ordinary Loan up to Rs.5,0,000/- on security of one or more Sureties.
• Loan up to Rs. 1,00,000/- on security of 2 or more sureties.
• Loan exceeding Rs. 2,00,000/- on security of 3 or more sureties.
• Loan exceeding Rs. 3,00,000/- upto 500000/- income must be above Rs. 50,000/-

INTEREST ON LOAN

• Interest on all loans shall be charged on monthly basis, on reducing balance method.
• Interest shall be charged on balance of outstanding principal loan amount as on the last day of the month.
• For the first month, interest on loan sanctioned on or before 15th of the month, shall be charged for whole month and for loan sanctioned on or after 16th of the month, interest shall be charged from the date of 16th of the month.
• If, failed to pay interest or any instalment or the principal loan on or before the stipulated date, the whole loan with interest, shall become immediately due and payable. In case of default, shall have to pay penal interest @3% p.a. on all overdue principal from the date of default.
